NM Industrial Services is a Mechanical / Construction Company specializing in renovation, mechanical energy upgrades, laboratories and clean rooms, new-build and design build projects. NMIS performs all General Construction duties with our own qualified and experienced staff.

In 2004, Nathan Martinez started NM Industrial Services, LLC (NMIS) in the basement
of his home, his own personal truck, one hundred dollars ($100) in a business account
and two-thousand dollars ($2000) in personal savings.
NMIS has grown to over 30 full time employees and
several million dollar projects under its belt. Nathan’s
extensive experience in the Mechanical industry and vast
knowledge are what has enabled him to successfully
launch and run NM Industrial Services. |

Prior to launching
NMIS, he already had twenty-nine (29) years of
experience under his belt, from field work to eventually
managing over 40 projects at one time. His attention to detail, quality, professionalism
and his strong work ethic is what sets him apart from his competitors. He treats every
customer with the same respect and attention, no matter how small or large the job.
Through his leadership, effective management and commitment, he is able to hire and retain qualified employees; leaders in their trade. |
